Shipping policy
Due to the relationship that Great Britain now has with Europe, please be aware that various countries may impose a customs charge on goods shipped from the UK which you may be liable for prior to receiving your order.
It is your responsibility to check what charges (if any) that may apply. If the charges are not paid, the goods will be returned to us, and any additional return charges may be applied
- Cranberry intends to ship all orders subject to stock availability within 24- 48 hours from receipt of order. At busier times of the year, shipping times could be longer.
- All orders received prior to 1.00pm will be dispatched same day subject to stock availability. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day.
- Please note we do not work weekends or Bank Holidays, so any order received after 1.00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
- Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, Evri and/or Courier. You will be informed of a tracking number if applicable once your parcel has been shipped. If you need to track your parcel, please allow the adequate time for delivery prior to contacting the courier/Royal Mail
- If an initial attempted delivery was made and you fail to arrange re-delivery with your courier company and the goods are returned to us, you will be responsible for any reshipping charges. Cranberry will not be liable for any additional charges that may be incurred.
- Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Any goods not received during this time, but paid for by you will be re-supplied or refunded at the discretion of the Company.
- Cranberry will not dispatch part orders unless we are unable to complete your full order within 5 working days. If we are unable to complete your order within this timescale, and if you have paid for an Expedited service, Cranberry will ship part orders at our expense.
- You will be notified of any shortages at the time of the dispatch of your order. If you require a part order and cannot wait, you will be liable for any additional charges that extra shipping incurs.
- Any errors, damages or missing items must be notified in writing within 5 working days of receipt or expected receipt. No errors will be accepted after this time.
