Shipping

Due to the relationship that Great Britain now has with Europe, please be aware that various countries may impose a customs charge on goods shipped from the UK which you may be liable for prior to receiving your order.
It is your responsibility to check what charges (if any) that may apply. If the charges are not paid, the goods will be returned to us, and any additional return charges may be applied

  • Cranberry intends to ship all orders subject to stock availability within 24- 48 hours from receipt of order. At busier times of the year, shipping times could be longer.
  • All orders received prior to 1.00pm will be dispatched same day subject to stock availability. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day.
  • Please note we do not work weekends or Bank Holidays, so any order received after 1.00pm on a Friday will be dispatched on the following Monday.
  • Orders are dispatched via Royal Mail, Evri and/or Courier. You will be informed of a tracking number if applicable once your parcel has been shipped. If you need to track your parcel, please allow the adequate time for delivery prior to contacting the courier/Royal Mail
  • If an initial attempted delivery was made and you fail to arrange re-delivery with your courier company and the goods are returned to us, you will be responsible for any reshipping charges. Cranberry will not be liable for any additional charges that may be incurred.
  • Please allow up to 28 days for delivery. Any goods not received during this time, but paid for by you will be re-supplied or refunded at the discretion of the Company. 
  • Cranberry will not dispatch part orders unless we are unable to complete your full order within 5 working days. If we are unable to complete your order within this timescale, and if you have paid for an Expedited service, Cranberry will ship part orders at our expense. 
  • You will be notified of any shortages at the time of the dispatch of your order. If you require a part order and cannot wait, you will be liable for any additional charges that extra shipping incurs.
  • Any errors, damages or missing items must be notified in writing within 5 working days of receipt or expected receipt. No errors will be accepted after this time.

Delivery Schedule & Costs

  • All orders received prior to 1.00pm and subject to stock availability will be dispatched the same day. Orders received after this time will be dispatched the following day.
  • Your order will be packed and dispatched in biodegradable/recyclable packaging.
  • Standard shipping is £3.55 to UK Mainland
  • 24hr £7.99 to UK Mainland
  • Additional shipping charges could apply to Scottish Highlands and non-UK Mainland. Shipping costs will also apply to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.
  • Shipping costs to other countries will vary, and this cost is worked out on the weight of your goods. Again, you will be advised of the shipping costs prior to your order being dispatched and if additional charges apply, payment will be required in full before we process your order. You may also be due a reimbursement as some of the shipping charges can be cheaper depending on weight of goods. If this is the case, you will be notified and refunded part shipping.

Returns & Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@cranberrycrafts.co.uk. If your return is accepted, and the goods were shipped in error or a fault our end, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the item you require is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. We do not offer product exchanges.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return, and let you know if your refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
